The square shape of the aluminium cassette has been designed from Suncover to simplify the installation of the blinds into the concealed openings of large windows using the minimum dimensions , and to combine different systems such as Filtering blinds, blackout and insect screens operated by electric motor or by hand crank.
The fabric which slide inside the double telescopic guides (supplied simple or complete with uprigth), are borded and thermo welded : the blackout and the filtering fabrics are reinforced with steel sticks to avoid any tearing caused by the wind. System suitable for the sliding windows of the balconies.
Suncover's blinds and insect screens are complete with CE EN 13561 CL.3 and CL. 2 Mark (Max. class of resistance to the wind for the external blinds and insect screens) and 10 years guarantee on all mechanical parts.

Suncover's Quadra is the new concealed system with square cassette.
The square shape of the aluminium cassette has been designed from Suncover to simplify the installation of the blinds into the concealed openings of the large windows using the minimum dimensions , and to combine different systems such as Filtering blinds, 100% blackout blinds and insect screens.
QUADRA WITH ELECTRIC MOTOR: Asynchronous and single-phase motor 220V, 50 Hz frequency, equipped by adjustable limiter for up and down positions of the blind, lifting capacity approx. 15 kg. The power cable is approx. 200 cm length and it should not be cut, IMQ type-tested, protection degree IP44.
Extruded aluminium cassette of 80x85 mm with side closing plates suitable for side fixing. Extruded aluminium roller tube of 40 mm. Side guides in extruded aluminium made of two profiles : guide + wall profile.
The wall profile is 50 x 80 mm and has the function of side upright creating a monobloc with the cassette. A second guide is inserted inside.
The opportunity to adjust the guide allows a perfect verticality of the blinds also in case of out of square of the windows. An extruded aluminium bottom rail of 19 x 60 mm , suitable for hiding seams and transversal flaps, is placed to the bottom of the fabric and it's connected through special p.v.c. slides to the side guides.
FABRICS: Sunscreen: Vetroscreen, Teknoscreen, Suncoverscreen; Blackout: Blackout 10 (For the blackout fabric: steel sticks are placed horizontally every 40 cm in height and are hidden inside special pockets created in the fabric. ) - Insect screen: Suncover insectscreen with brass rivets on the edges to keep it inside the guides and wall profiles.
The fabric in each case has a bottom sewing for an easy pulling out from the bottom rail in case of maintenance and for a better winding.

Possibility of treating the fabrics with ECOSUN, a photocatalytic product based on Titanium Dioxide which helps to keep them cleaned and purifies the air from the smog.
