1. the reference below to intellectual property rights appear in all copies, together with the related licence;

Software

Any programme available for downloading from this site is owned by SUNCOVER and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is regulated by the terms of the licence agreement entered into with the final user, if applicable, accompanying the programme or included with it. The final user may not install any software programme included in or accompanied by a licence agreement without having first accepted the conditions contained herein. The software programmes are made available for reproduction solely on the part of final users, in accordance with the licence agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the software programmes in breach of the licence agreement is expressly prohibited by the law and will be treated as an offence under both civil and criminal jurisdiction. Anyone in breach of these conditions shall be prosecuted, using every means available. The software programmes are warranted solely within the scope of the terms contained in the licence agreement. As an exception to the provisions contained herein, SUNCOVER does not recognise any warranty or condition relating to the software, including implied warranties and commercial quality standards, fitness for specific purposes, titles or obligations to refrain from falsification. SUNCOVER and/or its suppliers shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any direct, indirect, potential or particular civil damage or any other form of damage (including, but without limitation, damages for loss of profit, disruption of business activities and loss of business information), even in the event that SUNCOVER is aware that such damage may arise.

Trade marks

SUNCOVER and the names of its products referred to herein amount to trade marks, whether service or registered trade marks, owned by SUNCOVER. The names of the other products or companies referred to herein may amount to trade marks and/or service marks owned by others.

Connection with other sites

Connected sites are not under SUNCOVER's control and SUNCOVER cannot therefore be held in any way liable in connection with the contents of connected sites or the connection address. SUNCOVER only supplies connection addresses in so far as they can benefit the user. This does not however imply that SUNCOVER has subscribed to the site in question.
